A few days ago, 23-year-old Vladimir Popov met a tragic death when he was devoured by a tiger shark on the beach of Hurghada, as he screamed: “Daddy, save me.”
The horrifying video had gone viral on the internet. Now, another video has surfaced showing the shark being captured and dragged alive to the shore, where locals brutally beat it to death with an iron bar, in “revenge”.

The shark was then dismembered and the remains of the unfortunate young Russian were found inside its belly, Al Arabiya newspaper reported.
Egyptian authorities said the shark’s body has been handed over for investigation to determine the cause of its behavior and to identify whether the animal is related to a shark that “has been the cause of many previous accidents”.
