Rescuers recovered another body from the wreckage of a restaurant in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk this morning, raising so to 12 the number of the dead from a Russian missile attack two days ago, emergency services announced.

Three children are among the dead, while 60 are injured, the authorities announced.

However, Ukrainian Interior Minister Igor Klimenko announced that in this large Ukrainian city under the control of Kiev the number of injured amounts to 65.

The rescue operation in the wreckage of this restaurant, which was completely destroyed, has been completed, according to the civil protection service, which released visual footage from a drone showing the extent of the destruction.

According to police, Russia hit Kramatorsk–which before the war it had 150,000 inhabitants-with two S-300 surface-to-air missiles that it also uses in its ground attacks.

Moscow insists for its part that it is not hitting civilian, only military targets.
