THE Stanislav Rzytsky, deputy of the conscription office in the Russian city of Krasnodar, a former commander of a submarine of the Black Sea Fleet, was murdered on Monday.
Rzhitsky, 42, was the commander of the submarine Krasnodar, and was shot in the back and chest while jogging in the Russian city of the same name on Monday morning in a “professional hit”.

The former commander of the submarine Krasnodar shot four times as he ran near the Olympus Arena in the city of Krasnodar. He was shot in the “back and chest” and died at the scene. Two 9mm bullets were found in his body.
His watch and headphones were located at the scene, indicating that robbery was not the motiveaccording to the Mash news agency.
The killer shot Rzhitsky in a location without CCTV, but Russian authorities have released a photo of a man they say is suspected in the killing which they believe was ordered as a “revenge attack” by Ukraine. Investigators are looking for “a middle-aged man in a blue hat,” Baza media reported.
