Six teenagers were arrested in the province of Naples, as they are accused of raping two 13-year-old girls

This is the second one gang rape which comes to light in Italy in the last few days before the reactions from the gang rape of a 19-year-old woman in Palermo have even stopped.

The shocking event happened in early July, when the two 13-year-old girls were taken to an apartment complex parking lot known as a “drug center.” There they were attacked by the youths according to the local newspaper “Il Mattino”.

However, the parents of the girls filed a complaint in August and a police investigation was launched, which identified the perpetrators and arrested them.

The case of the “Palermo pack”

The new gang rape became known shortly after the arrest in Palermo of seven young men for sexually abusing a 19-year-old woman.

In fact, among the perpetrators, a minor who had been released .. was boasting on the social network TikTok. The remaining defendants have issued threats against the victim from within the prisons.

The case has shocked the country and the authorities asked the Telegram platform and users not to reveal the video of the attack, while the vice president, far-right Matteo Salvini, announced that he would present a bill to apply chemical castration to rapists. “If you rape a woman or a child, you obviously have a problem: imprisonment is not enough. You deserve to be healed. Period,” he argued.
