Prince Andrew: Demands jury trial – Denies allegations of child sexual abuse

by

London, Thanasis Gavos

Prince Andrew has called for a jury trial in Virginia on charges of sexually abusing a minor.

Proponents of her case have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online.

Ms. Gioufre, a victim of pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, alleges that she was forced into a sexual encounter with Prince Andrew, Queen Elizabeth’s third child, in 2001 when he was 17 years old.

The detailed legal memorandum also includes 41 denials of Ms. Joufre’s specific allegations regarding her abuse and the defendant’s close relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and the recently convicted Gillian Maxwell.

Another 40 allegations state that Prince Andrew “lacks sufficient information to admit or disprove” the allegations. Among them is the allegation that the famous photo in which he hugs the then minor Virginia Roberts at Mrs. Maxwell’s house was taken shortly before the alleged sexual abuse.

Proponents of her case have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online.

According to British media sources, Prince Andrew’s “bold” move to seek legal action runs counter to the royal family’s desire to seek an out-of-court settlement with the plaintiff.
