This is Juliette de Causans who is standing as a candidate in the Senate elections in France this month. However, in the poster she printed, the photo has been so heavily photoshopped that her photo ultimately has nothing to do with reality.
According to the Telegraph, in the poster is another Juliette, with lighter skin, straight teeth and hair and ultimately a different person.

She admitted she had tweaked her appearance, arguing it was more likely to reinforce her party’s cause of supporting Europe and the environment.
“You are misleading voters with your campaign photo. It’s pathetic, I’m not voting for you anymore. We deserve better,” one user wrote on her Instagram account.
Defending the use of retouched images, the politician stated that “it is my right as a candidate to have a beautiful photo. Hair, makeup and lighting are not the same thing.”
