The pilot of a $100 million F35 fighter jet that crashed over South Carolina over the weekend can be heard pleading for an ambulance and admitting he’s “not sure” where his plane is in a stunning 911 call released recently.

In the four-minute recording, the pilot repeatedly calls for medical help to be sent, while admitting he has no idea where his F35 jet is.

Moments earlier, the homeowner had tried to explain to the operator that the pilot had just parachuted into his backyard and needed help.

In the recording, the resident can be heard telling the dispatcher, ‘We have a pilot at the house and I guess he landed in my yard and we’re trying to see if we can get an ambulance to the house please.’

The pilot, frustrated that the operator couldn’t believe what the resident was telling her, picked up the phone and said, “Ma’am, a military aircraft has crashed. I’m the pilot. You need to send a rescue team.

“I’m not sure where the plane is. It would have landed somewhere. I was thrown.”
He later made another call asking for medical help.

“Madam, I am a pilot in a military aircraft and I ejected. So I just rode a parachute to the ground. Can you send an ambulance?’ said the pilot.
