A man who was convicted in California today of sexually abusing 16 boys he allegedly cared for while working at various homes as a “nannie” will never be released from prison.

His victims were between the ages of 2 and 12, while the 34-year-old often filmed his horrific acts.

He described himself on his personal websites as a “manny” (male nanny), who not only looked after and loved the children, but provided a fun “buddy” experience.

According to the judges, Matthew Antonio Zakrzewski was found guilty without mitigating factors while as they said, in his hands the little boys experienced “unthinkable terror”.

Zakrzewski was arrested in May 2019 after a couple reported to Laguna Beach police that he touched their son “inappropriately.”

Gradually complaints from other parents began to arrive until the man’s crimes were revealed.

The 34-year-old abused the 16 boys between 2014 and 2019, when he was arrested and now faces up to 690 years in prison.
