French journalist Ophelia Meniere is receiving threats for her life from jihadists, after the screening of a documentary about Islam on the M6 channel.
According to “The Times”, the documentary entitled “Zone Interdite” that aired a few days ago is about the influence of Islam in the poor city of Roubaix in northern France. Among other things, Meniere reported in a restaurant where women are “isolated” to eat in special places away from men, but also in a toy store that sells dolls without … face, as according to Islam, it is forbidden to illustration of facial features.
According to the Daily Mail, the Frenchwoman also spoke with a 26-year-old Muslim lawyer, Amine Elbahi, who helped uncover a 53 53,000 educational institution that taught poor children but was accused of spreading Islamic teachings.
Because of these revelations, the Jihadists called him “infidel” and threatened to behead him and he has been under police protection ever since.
