A summit on the Palestinian issue and the Hamas-Israel war will be held tomorrow, Saturday, in Cairo, which will be attended by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

The president of the European Council Charles Michel will travel tomorrow to Egypt, which is likely to welcome tens of thousands of Palestinian refugees seeking to flee the war-torn Gaza Strip – a likely new migration “challenge” for the EU.

Kyriakos Mitsotakis, in the recent emergency teleconference of the European Council on the situation in the Middle East, reiterated the need for the E.U. to speak with a single voice on such an important issue for regional and European security.

– French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonnaaccording to a French diplomatic source, however Reuters points out citing diplomatic sources that there is still a possibility that French President Emmanuel Macron will participate in the meeting.
– British Foreign Secretary James Cleverley
– The Crown Prince of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal al-Ahmad al-Sabahaccording to the Kuwaiti news agency KUNA.
– The King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, according to Bahrain’s state news agency.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said today that he had no information on who might represent the Russia at the meeting and referred the question to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
