“The world cannot remain silent while hospitals, which should be safe havens, are transformed into scenes of death, destruction and despair”
A dramatic message for a ceasefire is sent by World Health Organization, which managed to reestablish communications with health professionals at the hospital Al Shifa of northern Gaza,
“Unfortunately, the hospital no longer functions as a hospital,” its director general, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said in a post on Platform X. “The world cannot be silent» he says characteristically.

Continuous shelling and shelling in the area have worsened the already critical conditions.
Unfortunately, the number of patient deaths has increased significantly.
Unfortunately, the hospital no longer functions as a hospital.
The world cannot remain silent while hospitals, which should be safe havens, they are transformed into scenes of death, destruction and despair.

“On the streets, without treatment”, there are patients after the “forced evacuations” of two Palestinian hospitals, the director of the Gaza Strip’s nursing facilities said earlier Sunday.
“Forced evacuations of Al Nasr and Al Radisi pediatric hospitals left patients on the street, without treatment”, said Mohammed Zakout. “We have completely lost contact with the nursing staff” of the two facilities, he added.
Earlier, the Israeli army assured that Israeli soldiers opened a passage to evacuate civilians, on foot or in ambulances, from Al Shifa, Al Radisi and Al Nasr hospitals. As for Al Shifa, Gaza’s largest hospital, Zaqut described a “catastrophic situation,” claiming that “no one can enter or exit it.”
