Stock prices closed with a slight increase in today’s Stock Exchange sessionwith the market digesting the new levels, after yesterday’s strong rise.

The General Price Index has closed to 1,238.76 points, up 0.28%.

Intra-sessionally it recorded a higher price at 1,240.61 points (+0.43%) and a lower price at 1,231.29 points (-0.32%).

The value of transactions amounted to 97.31 million euros, while 23,478,819 shares were traded.

The large-cap index rose 0.23%, while the mid-cap index gained 0.31%.

Among the high capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of Lamda (+2.78%), Quest (+2.45%), Sarantis (+2.21%), GEK (+1.63 %) and Terna Energy (+1.51%)

On the contrary, the biggest fall was recorded by the shares of Motor Oil (-3.66%), Elvalhalcor (-1.97%), Aegean Airlines (-1.19%) and PPA (-1.14%).

Of the individual indices, the Real Estate (+2.15%) and Financial Services (+1.57%) and Financial Services (+1.57%) indices recorded the greatest increase, while the Oil indices (-2.66%) and of Health (-1.09%).

The largest volume of transactions was presented by Alpha Bank and Eurobank, trading 5,274,914 and 4,627,383 shares, respectively.

The highest value of transactions was recorded by Ethniki with 14.12 million euros and Mytileneos with 10.45 million euros.

65 stocks moved up, 43 fell and 13 remained stable.

The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: Mathios Pyrimaha +12.04% and Mevaco +6.11%.

The biggest drop was registered by the shares: Iktinos -7.60% and Frigoglass -7.00%.
