The October 7 strike was done to get Israel out of our lands, and if we hadn’t taken that action, we might be watching the demolition of Al-Aqsa, Hamas leader said
Xaled Meshal, one of the leaders of Hamas, met with representatives of NGOs in Istanbul, who mentioned the importance of the October 7 attack, the massacres of civilians by Israel, but also the power of the Qassam brigades, as reported by the SKAI correspondent from Constantinople, Manolis Kostidis.
In particular, Haled Messal, who went to Turkey to make some contacts, met with a group of non-governmental organizations and journalists in Istanbul and gave important information about what is happening in Palestine since October 7.
Messal argued that Israel had increased its attacks on the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the last 1-2 years, even stating that “if it wasn’t for October 7, we might have witnessed the demolition of Al-Aqsa.”
Assessing Israel’s massacres and the “Aqsa Flood” strike, as Hamas calls the October 7 attack, Meshal said: “The October 7 strike was done to get Israel out of our lands. If we had not taken this action, we might be watching the demolition of Al-Aqsa.”
