North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said on Wednesday that Pyongyang would not hesitate to launch a nuclear attack if provoked by the enemy with nuclear weapons, the North Korean news agency (KCNA) reported.
The comment was made during an event where Kim Jong Un congratulated his military staff on the successful launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) on Monday.
