Demonstrators chanted “thieves, thieves”, calling for a repeat of the election
Incidents took place outside the Belgrade City Hall by protesters who were protesting about tampering with the election result.
The incidents started when councilors from the “Serbia Against Violence” coalition wanted to enter the town hall to address the citizens from the balcony.

The police repelled him using chemicals, which enraged the protesters and they started throwing stones, breaking the windows of the entrance and some windows. The police retreated inside the town hall. Demonstrators chanted “thieves, thieves” demanding a rerun of the election.

Serbian media reports that the President of the Republic, Aleksandar Vucic, will deliver a speech.
The opposition parties do not accept the result of last Sunday’s parliamentary, municipal and regional elections, alleging fraud.
For seven days there have been demonstrations while two opposition leaders go on hunger strike.
