Japan Airlines plane engulfed in flames on runway at Tokyo airportof Haneda, since it seems that during the landing it collided with a Coast Guard aircraft, while the 379 people on board were safely removed.

However, five of the six members of the Coast Guard are missing, which were on board the second aircraft on which the Japan Airlines plane appears to have crashed, according to the Guardian.

Footage showed passengers evacuating the plane from the inflatable slides and running away from the burning plane.

According to the first information, the Japan Airlines Airbus A350 caught fire after a possible collision with a Japanese Coast Guard aircraft. The incident happened with the plane Flight 516, which had arrived from New Chitose Airport in Hokkaido.

The Ministry of Lands, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is investigating the incident. Furthermore, there are reports that the plane may have nose landed.

NHK, citing authorities, said that the aircraft may have collided with another aircraft after landing at Haneda as well as that the plane, JAL 516, had taken off from Hokkaido.
