The sultan’s son’s wedding officially began over the weekend, with a pre-wedding ceremony known as Khatam Quran.

At the ceremony, the bride appeared in a stunning white wedding dress, adapted to the culture of Islam.
Yesterday, the couple appeared at another ceremony, both dressed in traditional gold-embellished Bruneian costumes.

The wedding celebrations will culminate on January 15 with the big party attended by representatives of royal families from around the world.
Among the guests is also Prince William with Kate Middletonwho are expected to attend the first royal wedding of 2024. Besides, the Sultan of Brunei attended their royal wedding at Westminster in 2011.
Also, Prince Abdul accompanied his father to the coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla in May of last year and in Queen Elizabeth’s funeral in 2022.
