Tensions in France: “Confucius of Freedom” enters Paris and police respond with tear gas

The French police used to make a tear gas against protesters on the Bulb of the fields in Paris, slightly after the French “Kinchy of Freedom” against Covid-19 constraints managed to enter the French capital.

Vehicles with protesters managed to pass through the police checkpoints in the center of Paris, blocking the traffic around the Arc de Triomphe.

Inspired by the “Confucius of Freedom” demonstrations in Canada, drivers in France were holding their country’s flags and honking in defiance of police orders not to enter the city.

The police told protesters to move forward, as some of the occupants climbed to their vehicles in the middle of the circular node at the beginning of Sanzhet Avenue.

Earlier, police said they had stopped 500 vehicles trying to reach Paris and that nearly 300 calls had been delivered to drivers by noon local time.

Separately, the police announced that 5 protesters in South Paris for possession of sling, hammers, knives and raspberries.
