If Donald Trump wins – after Iowa – and New Hampshire it will be difficult to lose the anointing

THE Donald Trump on paper, he appeared more vulnerable in New Hampshire than any other state during the GOP primaries.
As analysts explain, the former president of the United States may have won in the primary election in 2016, but New Hampshire is famous for its moderate political tradition and the Nikki Haleyformer ambassador to the UN and former governor of South Carolina, seems to be gaining momentum just before the final stretch.
Already the Ron DeSandis withdrew from the race and declared his support for Donald Trump. Haley wished the governor of Florida the best, stressing that he fought a great battle and concluded that now there are two left in this one with the hope that the best will win, that is, her.
Haley’s supporters as well as herself wanted this development. However, an Associated Press VoteCast poll shows that among DeSandis voters, Trump is winning 53% to her just 13%.
According to Ron DeSandis, as he said, it is clear that the voters of the Republican Party want the former president of the country to win the anointing, and if Donald Trump wins – after Iowa – and New Hampshire will be difficult to lose the anointing. According to analysts, this is unprecedented and they point out that if Haley is defeated today it remains unknown how she will be able to continue in the race.
For their part, in the camp of the former UN ambassador, they judge that they must continue to show more and more momentum by recording progress because, as they say, Donald Trump is a roadrunner. So they are hoping for a victory that will allow – both politically and financially – Haley to continue to South Carolina, where she served as governor for two terms and where the next Republican election is scheduled for February 24.
Donald Trump avoids directly calling on Haley to give up, but emphasizes that “maybe she should”, while Haley, for her part, hits him by playing the age card, repeating that because of her he will not be able to govern.
In fact, she compared his mental fitness to that of Joe Biden, pointing out that the favorite of the Trump race confused her with the former speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, said that the US president is leading the country into the Second World War, which ended in 1945 and that he thinks he is ahead of Barack Obama in the polls.
But, as reported by the American Media, the voters of the Republican Party do not seem to be particularly worried about Trump’s ability to govern the country. On the contrary, they judge that he maintains his stamina, using as an example the fact that he can withstand going from the courtroom to campaign rallies and back again.
For Democrats, Haley looks like a more dangerous opponent for Joe Biden in the general election, and that’s what her camp is betting on and hopes, today, for a victory in the New Hampshire primary.
Participation will be a key point for the developments. Iowa had one of the lowest rates and Trump, as the candidate with the most grassroots support was favored. In New Hampshire, however, things may be different. May the turnout be high, may the gap be closed with Haley convincing the naysayers, and may the game be extended to her home state of South Carolina a month from today.
