According to an inside Palace source, the original plan was for the 75-year-old monarch to be hospitalized for 2 days after surgery.
However, Charles, who was admitted to The London Clinic on Friday, still hasn’t taken it discharge with the doctors holding him and for 3rd day of hospitalization.

“It is understood that Mr Charles would stay at hospital for more than two nights only if there was any unexpected problemthe source told the Sun.
According to hospital sources, the extra night in the clinic “is strictly precautionary” but may have caused “some concern”.
As the Daily Mail writes, this development comes as the Palace has confirmed that the monarch may need to recuperate for a month, canceling all of his duties during this time.
