The video shows 19 years old rummaging through his pocket for money and taunting the victim that he owes him “£221 bro”, before shooting him as the victim screams.
The 44-year-old was taken seriously injured to the hospital and a few hours later succumbed to his injuriesas announced by the Turkish Minister of Health.
