Faced with a huge sexual and financial scandal that broke out in the Monastery of Saint Habakkuk in Fterikoudi is the Church of Cyprus.

According to philenews.com, the pink scandal includes everything from watching and filming worshipers to sexual acts by monks.

“In the framework of the investigations”, a safe containing approximately €800,000 as well as two apartments in Piraeus and Cyprus, allegedly belonging to two members of the monastery, is included.

The fake miracle

Subsequently, the Committee will bring the matter before the Holy Synod, which will decide on it.
