Eleven people have been arrested in total, of which 4 were directly involved in the terrorist attack on the “Crocus” concert venue, according to information provided by the head of the FSB and reported by the Russian media.
RIA reports on its Telegram channel, citing the Kremlin, that “The head of the FSB reported to Vladimir Putin the arrest of 11 people, including 4 terrorists directly involved in the terrorist attack on Crocus.”
Russia’s Federal Security Service said in a statement:
“As a result of the actions of special services and law enforcement agencies, 11 people were arrested, including 4 terrorists who were directly involved in the terrorist attackat Crocus City Hall. After committing the terrorist attack, the criminals intended to cross the Russian-Ukrainian border and they had relevant contacts from the Ukrainian side. The investigation into the terrorist attack continues.”
It is recalled that the adviser to the president of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podoliak, said on Friday that Kiev had nothing to do with the attack.
Earlier, Ria, citing a Telegram message from Duma deputy Alexander Kinstein, reported that two people were arrested in Russia’s Bryansk region after a car chase.
The death toll rose to 93
The same time the death toll from the attack has risen to 93, according to the Russian Investigative Committee while 107 people are estimated to have been hospitalized, many of them in serious condition. However, there are fears that the death toll will rise further.

At the scene of the carnage, investigators worked through the night to gather evidence, including abandoned weapons and ammunition left behind by the gunmen.
Moscow authorities said they would offer financial aid to those affected and organize funerals for the victims.
THE Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev stated that yesterday’s attack shows how serious a threat terrorism is and underlined that those responsible will be punished.
