Russian President Vladimir Putin has yet to make a public statement about the massacre at a Moscow concert hall on Friday afternoon, the country’s deadliest in nearly two decades.

The only report that became known is that both the Russian president himself and his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko confirmed their readiness to cooperate in the fight against terrorism in a telephone conversation today, as reported by the Russian news agency TASS, citing the Kremlin.
