Russia’s Federal Security Service, in a statement earlier, referred to Ukrainian “contacts” of the suspects in the massacre at the concert venue.
“As a result of the actions of special services and law enforcement agencies, 11 people were arrested, including 4 terrorists who were directly involved in the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall. After committing the terrorist attack, the criminals intended to cross the Russian-Ukrainian border and had relevant contacts from the Ukrainian side.
