According to SHOT, the suspect is 24 years old and hails from the village of Dogiston of Tajikistan. He is unemployed and single. As RIA Novosti clarifies citing court documents, the ninth defendant in the case of the terrorist attack had previously been detained for 15 days. The reason was “provocative and insolent behaviour”.
He was charged under Russian anti-terror law.
