In the announcement of the diplomatic service of the EU, the following are specifically mentioned:

“The European Union expresses its condolences on the death of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ibrahim Raishi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian and other Iranian officials who were in the tragic helicopter crash on Sunday.
