Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned today that the international community must show no signs of fatigue in terms of supporting Ukraine in its fight against the Russian invaders.

“It is very important for Ukrainians not to tire people” from this war that has been going on for more than two years on the doorstep of the European Union, Zelensky said at a press conference in Lisbon.

“Otherwise, there will be no justice… Otherwise, the world will be changed by people like (Vladimir) Putin“, he added.

He admitted that it is not easy, underlining that Moscow is trying with disinformation campaigns to undermine international support for Kiev and called on the world “not to believe the lies spread by Russia».

Earlier today, during his brief visit to Brussels, Zelensky accused the Kremlin strongman of making efforts “in order to fail» the peace summit (in Ukraine) to be hosted in Switzerland and to which Russia is not invited.

“Putin is very afraid of the peace summit. He sought to wreck this session and still does“, the Ukrainian president complained, rejecting the proposal of China and Brazil to invite Russia to this meeting.
