Serious charges for five felonies and a bunch of misdemeanors were brought against the 74 arrested after the wild incidents and shootings, yesterday, outside the Panathinaikos stadium, on Tsoha Street in Ampelokipi.
72 of those arrested were brought before the Prosecutor, as the other two are hospitalized as prisoners, as part of the spontaneous procedure and upon its termination, an arrest warrant will be issued for them by the judicial officer who took over the case.
The prosecution brought against the arrested organized fans concerns the following crimes:
*Creating and joining a criminal organization
*Attempted homicide by complicity and serial murder
*Manufacturing explosive devices
*Ethical authorship in the manufacture of explosive devices and
*Possession of explosives
The prosecution also includes the charges in degree
misdemeanor relating to:
Dangerous bodily harm
Disturbing the public peace
Deterioration of foreign property
Violence against another
Possession of objects that can cause bodily harm, the commission of which is attributed “in collaboration and on the occasion of a sporting event”.
The prosecution also concerns the offenses of illegal possession of sparklers and firecrackers, illegal carrying and use of weapons and supply and possession of drugs for own use.
Five of those arrested are minors, so the case file has been separated for them and will be handled by a Juvenile Investigator.
The adult accused were referred to the 10th Regular Investigator for their apologies.
