The three attackers were killed also.
According to the police announcement on platform X, four of the victims were of Pakistani origin. Another 28 people, of various nationalities, were injured. Four of them are police officers or paramedics.

The investigation continues to clarify the case.
From Islamabad, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif confirmed that four Pakistanis were among the victims of the attack. He expressed his country’s solidarity with the Sultanate of Oman and its intention to provide all possible assistance in the investigation of the incident.
