The well-known actor Sean Penn has already walked whole kilometers in his attempt to reach the Polish border and leave Ukraine, where he found himself in the middle of a Russian invasion for the shooting of documentaries.
As he informed, he is heading with two more colleagues to the Polish border after first leaving their car on the side of the road.
He describes that on this route almost all the cars they meet carry women and children with almost no luggage.

During his stay in Ukraine, the 61-year-old actor met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
In his social media posts, he criticizes the Russian war in Ukraine, while for President Vladimir Putin himself, he stated that he made a gross mistake.
“Already a cold mistake with lives taken away and hearts broken, and if he does not back down, I believe Putin will have made the most horrible mistake of all humanity. “President Zelensky and the Ukrainian people have become historical symbols of courage and principles,” the actor wrote.
