Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said today that he has fully prepared the “victory plan” that he intends to present to his American counterpart Joe Biden by the end of the month.

“The most important thing now is the determination to implement it. There should and cannot be an alternative to peace, no freezing of the war or other manipulations that would take Russian aggression to another stage,” Zelensky said in a video message.

Last week, Volodymyr Zelensky said he intended to present US President Joe Biden with a “plan for the victory” of Ukraine over Russia.

Faced with a full-scale offensive by Russian troops in eastern Ukraine, Kiev is asking the West to allow it to strike targets on Russian soil, using long-range missiles it has procured.

However, Americans and Europeans fear that this would push Moscow into further escalation and possibly into a head-on conflict with the West.

Kiev will present Ukraine’s plan to end the war at a peace summit in November, to which Russia is expected to be invited.
