Concerns about a wider conflict in the Middle East have prompted international airlines to suspend flights to the region or avoid Lebanese airspace

As Reuters reports, below are some of the airlines that have adjusted their services to and from the region:

AIR ALGERIE

The Algerian airline has suspended flights to and from Lebanon until further notice.

AIRBALTIC

AirBaltic plans to resume flights between Riga and Tel Aviv on September 17, it said via email on September 16.

AIR FRANCE-KLM AIRF.PA

Air France announced on September 17 that it had suspended flights to Beirut and Tel Aviv until September 19. As of September 23, flight status information on its website indicated that Beirut flights were canceled until at least September 24, while flights to Tel Aviv had been canceled and resumed service. He did not immediately respond to Reuters’ request for comment.

KLM has canceled all flights to and from Tel Aviv until October 26. Transavia has canceled flights to and from Tel Aviv until March 31, 2025, and flights to Amman and Beirut until November 3.

AIR INDIA

The Indian carrier has suspended scheduled flights to and from Tel Aviv until further notice.

CATHAY PACIFIC 0293.HK

Hong Kong-based Cathay Pacific has canceled all flights to Tel Aviv until March 27, 2025.

DELTA AIR LINES DAL.N

The US carrier said it would stop its flights between New York and Tel Aviv by December 31.

EASYJET EZJ.L

The UK budget airline stopped flights to and from Tel Aviv in April and will resume flights on March 30, 2025, a spokesman said.

IAG ICAG.L

Spanish low-cost carrier Vueling, owned by IAG, has canceled its Tel Aviv operations until January 12, 2025, it said in an emailed comment. Flights to Amman have been canceled until further notice, the airline added.

LOT

The Polish carrier suspended flights to Lebanon until further notice, while flights to Tel Aviv were operating regularly, it said in an emailed comment on September 20.

LUFTHANSA GROUP LHAG.DE

The German airline group said it has suspended all connections to and from Tel Aviv and Tehran until September 24, while flights to Beirut will be suspended until October 26.

RYANAIR RYA.I

RYANAIR has canceled flights to and from Tel Aviv until October 26, citing “operational constraints”.

SUNDAIR

The German airline has canceled all flights between Bremen and Beirut until October 23.

SUNEXPRESS

SunExpress, a joint venture between Turkish Airlines THYAO.IS and Lufthansa, suspended flights to Beirut until December 17.

UNITED AIRLINES UAL.O

The Chicago-based airline has suspended flights to Tel Aviv for the foreseeable future due to security concerns.
