Young Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg on Friday called Donald Trump the “most dangerous” choice just 24 hours before the US presidential election, while criticizing the outgoing government for its support for Israel.

It is “probably impossible to overstate the consequences this election will have for the world and for the future of humanity,” Ms Thunberg, 21, commented via X.

“There is no doubt that one of the candidates — Trump — is much more dangerous than the other,” Vice President Kamala Harris, he judged.

But at the same time he sharply criticized the outgoing administration under President Joe Biden and his running mate and Democratic nominee Harris for their support for Israel and its military operations in the Gaza Strip.

“Let’s not forget that the genocide in Palestine is taking place under the administration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, with the money and cooperation of the Americans,” the news wrote.

“It’s not at all ‘feminist’, ‘progressive’ or ‘humanitarian’ to bomb children and innocent civilians — it’s the exact opposite, even if a woman is in charge,” she added.

The young Swede urged Americans to go far beyond simply exercising their right to vote, to engage in political action, to demonstrate and fight against the “destructive consequences of American imperialism.”

“My main message to Americans is that they can’t just settle for the lesser evil option,” Greta Thunberg noted.
