SKAI was found in one of the most well-known laboratories for the production of captagon, the drug that was manufactured by the millions in Syria and there is an accusation that it operated under the supervision of Assad.

As stated by SKAI envoy Christos Nikolaidisthe area where the laboratory is located, Dimas, is about 40 kilometers outside of Damascus. According to residents in the area – where there are luxury housing complexes – no one could approach.
