“Attempts to intimidate the people of Russia, stop the advance of the Russian army and spread fear are condemned,” Medvedev said, referring to the killing of General Kirillov.

The deputy president of the Security Council described the terrorist attack that occurred in Moscow as “agony of the Bandera regime (Neo-Nazis against Moscow)”. Medvedev also expressed his condolences to Kirillov’s family and friends.
