The snapshots that have been circulating on the internet for the last few days are indicative of the situation that prevails in the country at a time when the war in Ukraine is raging for the 22nd day.
It is recalled that a few days earlier the Russian Prime Minister signed a decree banning the export of white and raw sugar until 31 August and the export of wheat, rye, barley and corn until 30 June in the neighboring Eurasian countries.
