Commission President Ursula von der Laienn about a “good debate” about the common challenges of EU and US Artificial intelligence.

Following the meeting, Commission President Ursula von der Layen, with a simple post on “X” said:

“Welcome to Europe Vice President Vance. Thank you for the good discussion about our common challenges as allies. From security and stability to the great promise of technology and the critical challenge of excess production capacity off -market. We look forward to continuing cooperation with the president Donald Trump and with you. We will see them again in Munich’s security conference“

The meeting was also attended by EU High Representative Kaya Calas. In her post on “X”, Kaya Callas says:

“We had a good meeting with Vice President Jay Di Vance. Together with the President of the Commission, von der Lien, we discussed to work on key issues: Russia’s war against Ukraine, strengthening European defense and China’s actions. As our opponents coordinate their actions, we must do the same“
