Ukraine: Nine killed in Russian bombing raids near Zaporizhia

Nine people were killed in Russian bombings on the outskirts of Zaporizhia, said Deputy Mayor Anatoly Kurtiev. Extensive curfew has been announced in the Ukrainian city.

Kurtiev said that Zaporizhia has faced attacks by Russian troops with mortars, tanks, helicopters and missile systems in recent days.

The 38-hour traffic ban in the city is valid from 4pm local time and Greek time, until 6 am on Monday.
