A possible deal between the US and Ukraine on Ukrainian minerals is not enough to act as a security guarantee that will ensure that Russia comply with the terms of any peace agreement in the Ukraine war, British Prime Minister Kir Starm.

“The agreement on minerals is not enough in itself,” he said today in the House of Commons.

During a telephone conversation with Lami, Rubio confirmed that the US is ready to negotiate to end the Russian-Ukraine war and will continue to work with the United Kingdom for peace in Ukraine, said a spokesman for the United States.
