The Information Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine complained on Sunday that Russia is preparing to recruit minors in the raging war for the 25th day.
To this end, it published documents that appear to have been signed by the Russian Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu.

Kyiv also denounced the execution of 56 elderly people, saying Russian troops had opened fire on a nursing home in the eastern city of Kremina.
