A man with a Palestinian flag climbed to the Big Ben Tower in Westminster Palace in London early this morning, with local media reporting that he was shouting “freedom in Palestine”.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said the authorities were notified of the incident in Big Ben at 09.24 hours of Greece.
“Police are on the spot and working to end the incident safely. The London Fire Service and the London Ambulance Service are assisted, “the spokesman said.
