The B-E Public Prosecutor’s Office today issued Milorad Dodd’s violent arrest warrant to testify as a suspect for “attacking the constitutional order”
Republika Srpska, President of the Serbian Republic of Bosnia, said he was indifferent to the decisions of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Public Prosecutor’s Office and stressed that he would not voluntarily go to Sarajevo.
It is noted that the B-E Public Prosecutor’s Office today issued Milorad Dodd’s violent prosecution warrant to testify as a suspect for “attacking the constitutional order”. The same case was ordered to accuse the Prime Minister of the Serbian Republic Radovan Viskovic as well as Parliament President Nenand Stevanz. These politicians, like Dodik, said they would not be presented to the prosecution. About two weeks ago, the three Serb -bosom politicians received a prosecution call they ignored.
“We will not respond, come and arrest us, see how you will do it,” Dodik said, at a press conference in Banja Luka, responding to the prosecution’s warrant.
The Serbian leader expressed confidence that the Serbian administrative entity police would not apply the Bosnian Public Prosecutor’s order while recommending the Federal Police (SIPA) not to attempt to arrest. The same has recommended the European military force Eufor, which, as Dodik argued, has no police powers.
“If they think the solution is to see Dodk with handcuffs, because that is their goal, that doesn’t mean they can do it,” the Bosnian Serbian leader warned.
Radovan Viskovic’s statement was tougher.
“Here, apply the order. You are threatening us on an empty weapon but this is how a situation is created where one could shoot from a full weapon, “the prime minister of the Serb -bosom threatened.
According to Serbian media in the NF-E, security measures in Banja Luka increased with special police forces deployed outside parliament, the Presidential Palace and the offices of the government.
Eufor has begun to strengthen its power in Bosnia and Herzegovina yesterday.
“In the coming days, the Eufor forces will be reinforced with soldiers, vehicles and helicopters from the Czech Republic, Italy and Romania,” said the administration of the European military force. He points out that this is a temporary measure of preventive nature and says that there is no reason to worry about the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the time being.
