Two more people who had served in previous years were arrested in Kotsani – today the funerals of the victims were made by the fire.
They were arrested recently, two days ago, resigned Mayor of Kotsani, Luppso Papazov, as well as other two people who had been the mayors of the city in previous years.
They allegedly knew that the nightclub where last Sunday morning a fire broke out, 59 people died illegally all the last ten years that existed and covered this illegality.
In the “dark” many houses
Much of the houses in Northern Macedonia is at this time in “Dark”.
Specifically, a student organization of Northern Macedonia called the “Student Plenary” calls on the citizens of the country to stay tonight, from 20:00 to 21:00 local time (21:00 to 22:00 Greece time) in their homes and to close the lights.
“We invite you all – in every city, village, settlement and neighborhood – to show the darkness that has wrapped us and the streets are empty. Let the silence speak in honor and memory of those who left so early, “says the call of the organization that was notified on social media.
This student initiative is in memory of the 59 victims from the fire in Kotsani. Today, the funerals of the victims of this tragedy that plunged Northern Macedonia into mourning.
