Without end the bloodshed in Ukraine as it continues for the 28th day in Russian pounding in the capital Kyiv and in key cities such as Mariupol where it has now been leveled from the bombings.
Moscow dropped the use on the table nuclear weapons causing alarm and great concern in the international community. In Brussels today the western leaders are expected to make new decisions for sanctions at the expense of Russia.
