Luma Energy power provider informed that the damage occurred around 12:40 (local time, 19:40 in Greece) and had not been repaired almost two hours later.

“We will provide updates as soon as more information is available on the causes of the interruption and the estimated time to restore electricity,” said Puerto Rico Jennifer Gonzalez.
