The judge Lilian Moreno canceled the arrest warrant issued against former Bolivian President Evo Morales on charges of ‘Marketing’ minoraccording to the decision published Wednesday.

In October, the prosecutor’s office ordered the arrest of Morales, who aspires to claim a fourth term in the Bolivian presidency in the August 17 elections.

The 65 -year -old politician fled to his stronghold, Sapwhere the police never tried to arrest him.

According to the prosecution, in 2015 Morales maintained a 15 -year -old relationship with whom she had a daughter a year later, with the consent of her parents, in exchange for various grace. Morales was accused of ‘Marketing’ of a minor because of the alleged agreement with the girl’s parents. He denied the accusations and his defense reminds that investigation into the same case was set in 2020.
