US Secretary of State Marko Rubio discussed the prospects of a settlement in Ukrainian with the foreign ministers of some EU and Ukraine countries, the US foreign ministry said in a statement.
Rubio talked to the High Representative of the Union on Foreign Policy Kaya Callas, and the Foreign Ministers of France, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom and Ukraine.

He suggested that the talks be launched on May 15 in Constantinople. The Russian leader argued that Russia had declared truce more than once, but all of them, including the last three -day truce of the Victory Day, were violated by the Kiev regime.
