The Israeli Armed Forces announced in the early hours that another rocket launched by Yemen was intercepted.
Earlier, they said via X that they activated the air defense sirens in various areas of Israel.
So far, authorities have not spoken of injuries or damage.
Yesterday, Israeli Armed Forces announced the interception of two rockets launched by Yemen.
The Houthi -Heynanian Yemenite Movement, which is considered to be in Iran, an sworn enemy of Israel, often targets Israel’s missiles and drones after the war broke out in the Gaza Strip, stressing that it was acting.
It also targets ships which are associated with Israel off the off Yemen, in the Red Sea.
On May 4, a Houthi rocket fell, for the first time, on the perimeter of Ben Gourion International Airport, near Tel Aviv, an attack that prompted most foreign airlines serving the big city to suspend their flights.
In retaliation for attacks, the Israeli armed forces have repeatedly carried out air bombings in areas under the control of Houthi in Yemen, where, for example, they recently hit power plants and cement plants. They also shut down the International Airport in the Sanaa capital – the flights resumed somewhere for ten days after it was bombed.
The US closed on May 6, with the mediation of Oman’s Sultanate, a ceasefire agreement with the Houthi, ending US retaliation bombings on ship attacks on the sea road leading to the Suez Canal.
US President Donald Trump, however, has said that Washington can resume businesses.
Although they confirmed that they agreed not to target US ships, Houthi threatened to continue their attacks on Israel and Israeli ships in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden. They had suspended the attacks as long as the ceasefire was implemented in the Gaza Strip until March 18th.
