The US -backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) told Reuters via email that we were distributing assistance today, although it had previously announced on its official Facebook page that its facilities for distributing help would remain closed until they would be closed until younger.

The GHF opened two facilities in southern Gaza yesterday, Thursday, after the previous one had closed all the spaces from which we distributed help to the Palestinians after a series of shooting incidents in the area. So far it has four distribution centers.

The organization bypasses the services that have traditionally provided help and has been criticized by humanitarian organizations, including the United Nations, for lack of neutrality, which it denies.

Palestinians who have been assisted by GHF facilities told Reuters that there is no clear distribution system, saying there is no organization and characterizing the process chaotic. Plans released by the organization this week are capturing similar scenes in one of its premises.

GHF suspended aid distribution on Wednesday and said it was pressing on Israeli forces to improve citizens’ safety beyond the perimeter of the centers of the post -Palestinians were killed by a fire near Rafa’s distribution center for three consecutive days.

The Israeli army said on Sunday and Monday that his soldiers had threw warning shots at the crowd who had been rushing to receive food aid. On Tuesday, he said, the Israeli forces also threw a warning fire before they began shooting against Palestinians who, he said, were moving towards them. GHF has said that the aid was safely distributed from its premises without incidents.

Army spokesman Avitsai Andrae wrote today in X that the Palestinians would have a “free movement” on the distribution facilities from 06:00 to 18:00, but warned that besides these hours the area would be a “closed military zone” and the traffic would be significant.
